The Bouffant Bluebells are a special seed in Moshi Monsters, that attracts the ultra-rare Moshling, Mrs. Snoodle. The code for the seed can be obtained by purchasing her Moshling plush and using the secret code with it or by buying Moshi Monsters: The Movie on DVD. The seed must be planted with two other normal seeds in the Moshling Garden. When the Bouffant Bluebells have grown, Mrs. Snoodle will come.
