The Palace of Blood is the seat of power for the Empire of Blood. Located at number 1 Hemorrhage Road in Bleedingham, the Palace of Blood is an extravagant building housing the Empress' (well-reinforced) throne, as well as the courts of the Empire, administrative offices, temples and living quarters. Though quite large, it is not entirely complete yet due to the slavedriver union labor protests. Much of comics 717-822 take place at the Palace of Blood.
