"I've Got You Under My Skin" was one of the many Frank Sinatra songs in Vic Fontaine's repertoire. (DS9: "His Way") This song was, according to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 355), about the power of love in Human society. In the real world, the song was written by Cole Porter in 1936. Another one of Vic's "pallies" in the Rat Pack, Sammy Davis, Jr., also sang the song.
