Copy & paste the code on the left to yur userpage to display the box there. A box that shows a needs a parameter, e.g. {{HammerUser|myhammername}}. Click on the link to find out more about the box and the parameters it might require - for example, User couple and User Wintersday can take additional parameters, but they display fine without any. Many title boxes have 2 parameters. If you find a box and don't understand how to use it, leave a note on its talkpage, and hopefully somebody will be along and insert the missing usage information.
