Kooey Kooey Kooey is an island in the South Pacific. The island was revealed to be a sentient creature that would occasionally decide to uproot itself and wander about on its own. It is perhaps most famously known as the location for Blue Beetle's and Booster Gold's ill-fated casino known as Club JLI. A short time later, Kooey Kooey Kooey was seemingly destroyed by a tidal wave sent by extradimensional invaders.
