Stasis block 44 was a stasis prison vault that was located in the Cells of the Lords of the Infinite in the the Tomb, an ancient prison on the planet Belsavis. During the invasion of Belsavis, Lord Andreaus Thos led part of Special Operations Group One to the stasis block and attempted to free the Sith prisoners incarcerated there. Republic forces working with the privateer Zale Barrows ambushed Thos's group and nearly wiped them out, but the timely arrival of a bounty hunter pursuing Barrows turned the tide against the Republic forces.
