Green Coven of the Sea was founded on January 21, 2007 by Killbilljo of Witches and Warlocks. The flag was developed with long term goals of ocean wide events and blockades. Before it became dormant, Green Coven of the Sea was a very close-knit flag that prided itself on its "extended family" atmosphere.
