KIMCO, Komatsu-International Mfg. Co. Ltd., was a joint venture in Japan between Komatsu of Japan and International Harvester of the USA. They manufactured compact tractors for IH and later Case IH in the 1980s. It was founded in Dec. 1964 when the agreement was signed, and established in Mooka, Tokyo. It was to also manufacture/distribute Hough equipment. It was dis-established in Jan. 1984 as IH was purchased by Tenneco
