The Recovery Medicine Base can be used by George Hamilton to manufacture recovery items. The recovery medicine base was first found in Resident Evil Outbreak File 2 in the level Flashback. It is more effective than the pill as it gives you more of your health back after you use one. It might have been put in Flashback because the axe man could deliver heavy damage if you are poisoned.
