Samantha Raffelson is the daughter of a scientist working for the Tubular Corporation in an underground complex beneath Venice, Italy. When the city was polluted and the complex attacked in the year 2000, Samantha was one of the few survivors. She was later found by the Megaforce and befriended by Sara, a scientist that was sent to investigate the pollution of the city.
