DR-Homra (not "Doctor Homra") is one of the four gatekeeper systems in Custom Robo Arena. It unlocks the door to the third floor beneath the NeoBrain research lab in Encephalon Isle. This system is named after the character Homra. It is the northern system, and uses Oracle with the Dragon Gun.
