Harold William Hayden (27 April 1897 – 1980) was an optician and local politician active in the Balham area. A member of Wandsworth Borough Council, he was appointed to London County Council to fill a war-time vacancy in the representation of Wandsworth, Balham and Tooting on 10 March 1942, sitting as a Municipal Reform Party councillor. When council elections resumed in 1946, he did not defend the seat.
