Nestor Carbonell (b. 1967) plays Declan Rand during the fifth season of the series Psych. Probably best known for his character of Richard Alpert on Lost, Carbonell is an American actor who has also appeared in episodes of A Different World, Resurrection Blvd., Suddenly Susan, The Tick, Century City, Strong Medicine, Cold Case, Kim Possible (for voice), and Cane. He has also appeared in a number of movies, including Jack the Dog, The Laramie Project, Manhood, The Lost City, Killer Movie, The Dark Knight, and the upcoming Cristiada.
