"Sorrow and Shame" is a blues song sung by Mokey, with Gobo and Wembley accompanying her on guitar, in the Fraggle Rock episode "Red's Sea Monster." After angering Red by accusing her of exaggerating and then playing a joke on her as she watched for the Last of the Lily Creatures to return, Mokey sings this song about the regret they all feel for their unsupportive behavior, and their wish for Red to come back. The same tune is used for the reprise of the song, "Sing It and Say," although the tempo for this song is much slower.
