Tsuke's Vengeance were enchanted arrows which burst into flame upon command the speaking of a command word. Issued to Phoenix archers, this allowed to project magical might into battles without risking shugenja. These nemuranai were devised by Isawa Tsuke's son, Isawa Hochiu, as a final atonement for his father's deeds during the Clan War.
