Anstey Castle was in the village of Anstey, Hertfordshire (). It was a 12th-century stone motte and bailey fortress, founded by Eustace, Count of Boulogne. It was strengthened during the Magna Carta war of 1215–16 by an opponent of King John. Only the mound motte now remains.
