An agent of the Polar Bears for Justice (PBJ), a rival organisation of the KGP, was despatched to investigate the crashed ship, where several penguins, including Emperor Wing, Elon, Hugh and his assistants Rose and Lara, and several henchmen, were wandering around. One of the penguins, Gordon, revealed himself to be a PBJ agent, and asked his fellow agent to infiltrate the base on the Iceberg and use his de-lore-ing device to travel back to before the T.A.R.D.I.S. launched and sabotage it. They managed to do so and met up with Gordon in the past, working together to subtly sabotage the machine. Though they were unable to prevent the cool-ant leak and subsequent launch and ironically proved to be consequential in the T.A.R.D.I.S. being prepared for launch, they were able to weaken the machi
