Tom Landricks was the prime suspect in the rape and murder of Karen Stencil and the rape of his daughter Jackie. After Stencil's skull was found in his apartment, Tom, faced with the death penalty for torture murder, confessed to killing her, because she threatened to inform the Administration for Children's Services, but denied raping Jackie.
