Annie Social and Kimber Lee first teamed together in Women Superstars Uncensored at the YOLO event on April 28, 2012, where they were defeated by Ezavel Suena and Rick Cataldo. At Full Steam Ahead on October 13, Social and Lee were defeated by Midwest Militia members and reigning WSU Tag Team Champions Allysin Kay and Sassy Stephie. Now going by the name Chicks Using Nasty Tactics, Social and Lee defeated Jessie Brooks and Veda Scott to become the #1 Contenders for the WSU Tag Team Championship at Uncensored Rumble 2013. Both women also competed in the Uncensored Rumble Match, with Lee finishing as the runner-up and being eliminated by the eventual winner, Ezavel Suena. At Blood and Thunder on October 12, Lee (with Social in her corner) defeated Allysin Kay in singles action.
