Company founders are "TBC Bank" - the leading bank in Georgia, and TBIH Group - the one of the leading financial company in eastern Europe, it manages Pension and Insurance companies in Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Serbia, Ukraine and Russia. GPI Holding actively entered Georgian market in the beginning of 2002 and managed significant results. In 2006 company's earned premium was $ 8'149'061, 87% more than in 2005. Market share was 21,7%.
