The head of House Connington once held Griffin's Roost as the Lord of Griffin's Roost, but the lordship was stripped from them following Robert's Rebellion. The last Knight was Lord Jon Connington, who was exiled by Aerys Targaryen after his defeat at the Battle of the Bells.
