Waistline seam rises at front and dips low at back. Opening in bodice back is buttoned, skirt opening fastened with snaps. Longer skirt has vent in center back seam. Skirt front is shirred at normal waistline, shirring covered by bow, ends of which are sewn to inside of skirt and brought out through openings. Dress is lined and underlined and has inside belt of grosgrain ribbon.
