What you must do to nominate an article/user/picture is put a section in this page called Picture Nomination, User Nomination, or Article Nomination. You must state your reason why that article/user/picture should be featured. You also have to provide a link to that article or user for other users to see (the picture you can just upload to the section). The nominations will begin on the first day of each month and shall run for a week. Then which article/user/picture has the most support, will be featured on the Main Page. Once an article/user/picture has been nominated and featured it can NOT be nominated again. Also there can be only one Article/User/Picture that can be featured and can only be on the main page for a that month before another one is chosen.
