Astrid Steen was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Commander, she served as Admiral Theodosia Kuzak's staff astrogation officer for Third Fleet. She was killed when HMS King Roger III was destroyed in the Battle of Manticore. (HH11)
