Dark Eyes was an edgy four boxset storyarc that sort of marks the beginning of the Time War but not really. It was Moffat-levels of complicated, however that doesn't necessarily mean it was shit; this was a Big Finish Production, after all. It was pretty much conceived as an excuse to take some new photographs of Paul McGann, as the company had been recycling the same 5 publicity stills from The TV Movie for a decade of plays before.
