King Cumulo Fracto Nimbus, commonly called Fracto, is a demon who started practicing cloud craft. He later married Happy Bottom and had a daughter named Fray Cloud. He loves to rain on parades, ruin journeys, and make others lives miserable. He even tried to ruin the Trial of Roxanne Roc.
