Victor Nine is a Black Ops and a member of Victor Company. On July 29th, 1952, Victor Nine and the rest of his Recon Unit went into Orick, California, where he tried to tell SRPA that the Spires in Orick were carrying Spinners. He tried to collect samples of Spinner eggs, and it is believed that he was wrapped up in a Spinner Cocoon, because that is where the intel concerning him is found.
