Sucharitkul was a Vedran religious leader who inspired the transformation of the old Vedran Empire, with the autocratic rule of the Vedran Empress, into the more democratic Systems Commonwealth. Sucharitkul was taking advantage of public opposition to High Guard atrocities used to put down the Perseid Insurrection.
