Koji Ishikawa (石川浩司 Ishikawa Kouji) is a Japanese actor and musician. He is a former member of the band Tama. He played percussion, organ, and flute. He played Sachiko and Takao's mentally disabled friend in the 2001 film Harmful Insect.
