The telecom HQ is a media building in Tropico 4: Modern Times. When built, the HQ forms a circular grid which provides telecommunication service to all buildings and workplaces that fall within it, increasing housing and job quality thanks to the convenience of modern telecommunications. The telecom HQ is required to monitor or block internet traffic.
