Willi the Chin was a Mesan seccy and the leader of a small and violent gang in Mendel. In 1922 PD, he and his followers were massacred by Victor Cachat and Thandi Palane in their headquarters, in order to establish Cachat's reputation among the other gangs. They cut off Willi the Chin's head and sent it to Jurgen Dusek. (CS3)
