The Athasaia are Ananasi that have been born from the union of two other Ananasi. When an Athasaia is conceived, he is taken to an Umbral realm, where they are sheltered by the elder Ananasi. In order to awaken, an Athasaia need the blood of at least five men. Some say they will dwell within the Umbra until the time has come to free Ananasa and the Apocalypse has begun.
