The F'sweiv was a Tellarite freighter whose captain was known to Commander Kim Bouse of Starbase 1. In 2375 a Breen attack ship was disguised as the F'sweiv when it fired on Starbase 1 and fired on San Francisco. (TNG short story: "Eleven Hours Out")
