Gisela Guinness (September 7, 3995 - August 12, 4096) was a Kilani Kirlawan politician who served in the province of Uwakah. She was a member of the General Assembly, representing the Conservative Party of Kirlawa until 4078 and Ár Ré from 4085 until her death. During her time in the CPK, she was the Junior Spokesperson for Internal Affairs from 4050 to 4059, and then the Spokesperson for National Development from 4059 to 4078. She was the Spokesperson for Internal Affairs in Ár Ré from 4085 to her death. She competed in two leadership elections, the CPK election of 4059 and the Ár Ré one in 4085. She withdrew from the former and came in the second in the latter. She became President of Kirlawa in the September 4092 elections, coming in first for both the first and second rounds.
