Damon Tarus is one of the Moroi royals. He is the cousin of Daniella Ivashkov and the family lawyer. When Adrian tells his mother that he was with Rose at the time Queen Tatiana was murdered, Daniella decided to get Damon as a lawyer for Adrian. Adrian pursades his mother to ask Damon to be Rose's lawyer, too. Daniella is able to persuade Damon to take Rose on, but in the end Rose choses Abe as her lawyer. Damon protests because the case has become a matter of pride for him.
