Blackridge is a town featured in Fable: The Balverine Order. The town is located near Underwood, a forest that used to be infested with balverines before mercenaries drove them out. However, the inhabitants of the town still remember the balverines that once harassed them, and are subsequently paranoid about any potential attacks from the creatures. This fear also extends to simple dogs, with many of Blackridge's inhabitants believing that they were somehow in league with the balverines. As a result, they slaughtered their pets and try to kill any others that they see.
