A freak storm was pummeling the western coastline of the Deserted Island, formerly known as Moga Island. Alas, such days were long past, as the fishing community of Moga Village had been destroyed in a similar storm almost forty years ago. Not since that day had such a sudden storm wreaked havoc on the island. In the eye of the storm – way, way out to sea, where the mountainous peaks of the island were only barely visible on the horizon – something stirred. Something ancient, long-forgotten, and, in the best interests of the known world, better off unconscious.
