Pyne's relatively short-lived career in film and television spanned the years 1964-1966, with a brief "comeback" in 1970. Prior to her appearance on Star Trek, she had previously appeared in a small role in the "Connery's Hands" episode of Kraft Suspense Theatre, which featured "Where No Man Has Gone Before" guest stars Gary Lockwood and Sally Kellerman. She also made guest appearances on Laredo, Pistols 'n' Petticoats, and It Takes a Thief. Pyne's last known work was an appearance (as "Beauty Contestant #1") in a 1970 episode of Here's Lucy starring Lucille Ball.
