Elios Phifer was a male lieutenant in Starfleet in the 24th century. In the early 2370s, he was assigned to Starfleet Intelligence, and posed as courier for the Maquis based on planet Slaybis IV. He was discovered in 2371, and was killed by Maquis member Tharia ch'Ren. (VOY - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Third Artifact)
