Kavem the Callous is one of the Neferset, allied with Deathwing. He can be found in a phased version of the Lost City of the Tol'vir in Uldum as part of the zone's initial quest line, holding the keys to the cells that the caravan is imprisoned within. According to Prince Nadun, he derives great pleasure from inflicting pain on others.
