Katie graduated from Hogwarts in 1997 but remained in hiding with her family until 1998, where she met up with fellow members of Dumbledore's Army to fight in the Battle of Hogwarts. Prior to the battle, she became engaged to Oliver Wood, who proceeded to lead aerial attacks against Death Eaters, which she took part in.
