Defender Empires are generally peaceful. They will be friendly to their allies, but they will have no mercy for foes. Defenders follow the Tablets of Protection. Defender Empires will have a -10 Relationship with you if you are a Warrior, Zealot, Warlord or Assassin because "We feel threatend by your aggression." They will have a +10 Relationship with you if you are a Shaman, Diplomat, Bard or Ecologist because "We like friendly empires."
