Anne-Louise Brulé was a New Tuscan citizen and an employee of the New Tuscany Ministry of Information. In July 1921 PD, she conducted a fake interview with the fictional New Tuscan freighter captain Tanguy Carmouche, portrayed by Oliver Ratté, who accused the Royal Manticoran Navy of harassing civilian ships with pointless inspections.
