The user places their left hand on their right arm bringing said arm close to their right side. They then release sea chakra from their hand and infuse the chakra into their right arm. The arm begins to glow a bright blue color after awhile due to the amount of sea chakra in the arm. The moment the glow appears the shinobi thrusts their right arm forward as they use the sea chakra to transform their arm into the long bill of a swordfish. The bill is very sharp capable of piercing through a human's body or stone with ease as it's enhanced by the sea chakra. The transformation only lasts three seconds before it transforms back into the user's arm.
