The best way to improve your speaking is by speaking! You can find native speakers to practice with through many different websites. If you don't feel comfortable using your skills with other people, you can try a self-talk exercise as described in post 157 (half way down the page) of this thread on HTLAL. If your speech lacks fluency, try shadowing and consider working on your grammar too. However, make sure not to let these become a form of procrastination.
