Even though Trisha has dark blue eyes, her SimDNA in SimPE reveals that her genetics are for light blue eyes. She and the other members of her family are some of the only Sims in the Sims 2 whose eye colors do not match their genetics. While it is very simple to change her genetics to match her eye color, it is much less simple to change her eye color to match her genetics, since it requires opening her character file, and changing multiple genetic codes.
