Frauke Manheim was an astronaut from Germany. She was part of the scheduled IASA mission to Mars with Paul Chandler and Philip Hart. When the mission was cancelled, she assisted Chandler with the theft of a Taelon Shuttle so they could run the mission on their own. The mission was a success and Manheim planted a German flag on Mars.
