the messenger from Vindale is a neutral NPC that is one of the two Elea that rescue the player character at the beginning of the game. He walks the player through a short tutorial of the game, including item interaction and combat. Lomias will later show up occasionally in Party Time! quests. He carries the Bow of Vinderre, and will sometimes drop the secret experience of Lomias (a 25% chance).
