An unnamed Doctor updated Vanessa Woodfield on her father Frank Clayton's condition in August 2016. The doctor explained small blood clots on Frank's lungs had caused a seizure, although Frank was now in a stable condition and in a coma to help regulate his breathing. Vanessa informed the doctor that she wouldn't be calling or visiting Frank again, and asked him to tell Frank to do the same.
