The Klingon Defense Force Strategic Planning Staff was a sub-division of the Free Worlds of Klinzhai's Klingon Defense Force that were formed after the formation of the Federation Grand Alliance. The alliance between the Klingons and the United Federation of Planets led to a number of benefits for the Empire who benefited from an influex of battle tactics from Starfleet. This led to the formation of the Strategic Planning Staff who were eight Thought admiral's who were supported by a team of highly trained specialists support specialists.
